1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item, without having to provide any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must:

• Be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
• Have all their tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Not be final sale items or personalized items

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at contact@cazuel-paris.shop, indicating your order number and the item(s) to be returned.
2. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Ship the item to the address provided.

4. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@cazuel-paris.shop to arrange an exchange.

7. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
